Leaning into the guidance of nature, this time of year is a potent time to practice release. As we prepare for colder months, we take our attention inward; into the subtler sensations within ourselves, and the deep knowing that resides within.
In this workshop, we'll move through the practice of Yin Yoga, taking the body through stretches and holds that begin gently and allow your body to move deeper at your own pace. As we move physical practice, you’ll be invited to explore the action of release and softening on deeper energetic planes of awareness, moving towards stillness and meditation. We’ll close our session with guided meditation and intention setting for the months to come. Take space for yourself in this transition of the season and your own journey inward.
